My prediction: Even the pro-gun people will realize that fat boy lied and faked some of his own injuries to justify killing Martin and they will send him off to jaill on Murder 2, just to prove that existing laws are adequate to control the number of guns in the hands of psycho trash like pig boy.

Self defense/Stand Your Ground is not self defense/Stand Your Ground just because you think it is, say it is, or want it to be that way.

While both Zimm and Trayvon had the right to self defense, it really only applies as being a valid claim of self defense if what happened fits the actual Florida statutes of self defense.

Those same statutes could also invalidate a claim of self defense.

Which would be the crux of this case and what a jury hopefully finds reasonable.

What Trayvon did wasn't self defense, what Zimm did was ( both imo).

If the Trayvon supporters actually understood this they would concentrate their hate on the law, or be disappointed in Trayvon.

And to add, self defense/Stand Your Ground both have inherently nothing to do with guns, but such is the claim of the intellectually weak.

Considering that Zimmerman can be heard TRACKING Trayvon ON THE 911 TAPES and the location of the dead body its OBVIOUS that Zimmerman is at fault. The only way you could possibly believe otherwise is if you have filled your head with a lot of garbage from the conservative media. If the body had been found anywhere in the vacinity of the truck then you might have a point. But it was found AROUND THE BACK SIDE of an apartment building where Zimmerman had not business being. Also if you listen to the duration of the screaming (which was OBVIOUSLY Trayvon) before the gun went off it proves PREMEDITATION. So actually Zimmerman will be lucky to only be convicted of Murder Two. Its really an open and shut case of MURDER ONE. And there isn't any more evidence needed than the 911 tapes.

Give me a f***ing break! The only reason conservatives side with Zimmermand and the only reason they care about this case at all is because he had a gun. Just like the only reason we went into Iraq was because of the oil. Anyone who says different is either a damned liar or too stupid to know they are lying.
