The evidence shows that. The witnesses testified to it, and the physical evidence matches what the witnesses said. There is no doubt that Martin punched and knocked ZImmerman down. The only doubt is the few minutes leading up to that point.

 

Pattern recognition, is a hallmark of intelligence and accurate predictions based on a preponderance of evidence. The extrapolation that Martin was the aggressor in this instance is directly linked to the overwhelming patterns of behavior that Trayvon exhibited through physical evidence such as the photos of Zimmerman and witness accounts combined with exculpatory evidence present on Martin's phone that Martin was engaged in illicit and illegal behavior, hence making it more and more LIKELY that he was the instigator of the physical altercation that resulted in his death.

Really? What "witnesses" are those? Two witnesses put Z on top of T, at least one before the shot. ONE witness put Z on top of T but never claimed there was any hitting going on, just arms flailing about (like a struggle over a gun). He never heard or saw Z's head hit the concrete once and if T's arms were flailing aboput he couldn't have been putting his hands on Z's nose and mouth.

There is NO DOUBT M punched and knocked Z to the ground? Really? Based on what witness testimony? The only evidence that happened re the self serving statements of the shooter and killer.

I agree there is doubt regarding the several "missing" minutes in Z's statements. If you believe Z then walking back to the T and his scuffle with T might have taken a minute or so. But there was 3:40 seconds between the end of his NEN call and the shot.

Who knows what would have happened if Zimmerman did not shoot. Zimmerman could be dead or hospitalized, and the unknown attacker probably would have disappeared, off to victimize more people in the community
