Have no idea how many boxes and telling someone give me something or I will file a complaint with the AMA and DOJ for violations of HIPAA is not illegal.

Situationally yes for a specific statement for the campaign about general health. This guy didn't just disclose this information once and it was done conceivably out of malice after he had been told he would nolonger be Trumps physician.
They were obtained because this doctor was violating Trumps right to medical privacy. Why do you defend this doctor?

Where did he describe guns and physical threats? He didn't and he allowed the records to be transfered. And quite frankly this doctor has a grudge and has already proven he is unethical.

Why do you continuously defend every action of the POTUs and his malignant actors?

In this case the entire thing stinks. I think they're all guilty.[/QUOTE]

Sort of sounds like some "unarmed" thugs went in and ransacked the place. Why do you defend cops constantly when they shoot black villains but defend the actions of POTUS' thugs here?

You don't need to be armed for ransacking to be criminal. It's quite clear that the dudes went in and thrashed the place.

Did the Dr. break HIPAA? Possibly. Did the cronies of the orange anus break the law? Possibly.

You're reaching here, Mr. Law and Order, to defend potential criminal actions by malignant thugs of POTUS.

Let's see that go to court. It'll be especially fun if, as you recommended, a criminal case be filed against the Doctor. That'll force him to defend himself whereas he might be reluctant to file a case against Trump on his own.

    Authorization may have limits.

What I find odd is that this interview was in 2017, so why the raid now?

You suggested that DOJ should bring charges on the doctor. I'm good with this. Let the truth come out in court.

You liked him well enough when he was lying in Dec 2015.

It’s likely he has a signed form on file. There very generic and not specific. If Donald Trump signed it. Well that’s on him.

The collection of the records was in Feb. 2017 just a few days after the Doctor violated HIPAA law, the question is why did the Doctor just now disclose it.

You don't know what they did other than take the documents the doctor allowed them to take. If my doctor did that, disclose my private medical information to a news source, I would do the same, send my lawyer to go and get all the records he possess threatening a lawsuit and filing of charges if he did not comply and there would be nothing illegal about it.

The Trump attorney who retrieved the records just released a statement that the doctor was fully informed of the White House request for the documents and the hand off was "peaceful, cooperative and cordial and that the doctor complied with the request willingly.

Thanks for the correction. Yes, I'd like to know the answer to that question myself. Also, did he file a police report? Any witnesses?

This guy also claims that the letter he wrote describing Trump's health was dictated to him by Trump himself. Hilarious if true.

As the attorney of record the truth. The doctor has said nothing to indicate otherwise.

I could say the same when you print unsubstantiated HIPPA violations.

Which one of us is correct? I feel confident the Doctor was covered with approval. It’s customary and standard in this situation.

Well, since both lots are dishonest, how about you stop giving just one side the benefit of the doubt.

Or are you claiming the Trump camp is honest?

You think lawyers never lie? Spin? Lie by omission?

It's the spin machine that's so fun. When the Clinton's spinned the facts, you knew they were liars, but it was also aggravating. When the Trump machine spins, it's like watching a sitcom where one of the Brady's breaks a window and tries to blame the dog.

    http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trum...ors-account-raid-presidents/story?id=54881539
The Trump Organization Wednesday disputed an account by the president's former personal doctor that his office was "raided" in 2017 to collect President Donald Trump's medical records while confirming its chief legal officer was involved in the seizure.

The president's former personal doctor, Harold Bornstein, said in an interviewTuesday with NBC News he felt "raped, frightened and sad" when in early February of last year Trump Organization lawyer Alan Gartens and President Trump's then-director of Oval Office operations Keith Schiller came to his office to collect the president's medical records.

"At the request of the White House, Dr. Bornstein voluntarily turned over the medical records to Mr. Schiller," a spokesperson for Gartens said in a statement Tuesday to ABC News. "The hand off, which occurred well over a year ago, was peaceful, cooperative and cordial."

Bornstein said he was not provided any documentation that would authorize the release of Trump's medical records, in what some have surmised could amount to a violation of patient privacy laws. Bornstein said he also believed the records collection was partly a result of a New York Times interview he gave where he revealed details about the president's health.

"Prior to turning over the records, Dr. Bornstein was informed of the reasons for the request and willingly complied," Gartens' spokesperson said.

In describing the episode Tuesday, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said it's "standard operating procedure for a new president, the White House Medical Unit took possession of the president's medical records."

But it's unclear why a lawyer from the president's private company would be present during the collection, following the president's announcement just weeks before of his formal separation from his businesses.

Bornstein created further controversy later Tuesday in an interview with CNN when he claimed that the president personally "dictated" a letter during the 2016 campaign that gave the then-candidate a glowing review of Trump's health.

"He dictated that whole letter. I didn't write that letter," Bornstein said. "I just made it up as I went along."

Questions about the health of both Trump and his opponent Hillary Clinton were a running thread during the campaign.

President Trump often publicly questioned Clinton's "stamina" while at the same time his campaign dismissed questions surrounding the letter from Dr. Bornstein that boldly stated, "If elected, Mr. Trump, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency."

As a presidential candidate, I have instructed my long-time doctor to issue, within two weeks, a full medical report-it will show perfection

    8:08 AM - Dec 3, 2015

The White House and Trump campaign have not responded to multiple requests for comment from ABC News about whether either disputes Dr. Bornstein's claims.

Sad. After 30 years of service to Donald J. Trump, now he's a has-been.
