As is your opinion. You have demonstrated you don't know the law or the Constitution. I'll wait for an actual verdict.
the above is a stretch to say the least.. to call a spade a spade then I say the above statement is PURE BS the trial is currently in the jury selection phase.. when the jury is seated, the evidence against trump is presented to said jury do you think the prosecution made public the evidence it will present to the jury?? or does wild bill have a pipeline to the prosecutors office?? trump is so stupid he has made his defense public the prosecution is not that stupid Wild Bill , me, and the rest of the world will learn the evidence against trump over the course of the trial why would anyone claim to know the evidence before it is revealed?? the only evidence so far is what trump has made public.. everyone knows trump is not mentally capable of knowing the truth from the false what trump claims to be evidence could later be determined irrelevant campaign rhetoric
The prosecution is saying that Trump violated Federal campaign finance laws. The problem with that, besides the fact that he didn't, is that not only has he not been convicted of Federal campaign finance violations, he hasn't even been accused of Federal campaign finance violations by the FEC. And that ain't bullshit. Feel free to prove otherwise.
Credible B/S AKA spin needs to be an art form to be effective. Sadly, for you WBK, this "ability" is not in your 'wheel house'.....sorry brah
What part of "Trump hasn't been accused, nor convicted of Federal campaign finance violations" don't you understand? That's a fact and there's no evidence, or magic that's going to change that fact.
Actually I DO know the charges. You see, unlike the vast majority of the Trump defenders, I actually take the time to learn what I'm talking about.
Brah, I'm trying to show the error of one's ways and lead one to the light. Light = Reality = Earth! Trumps a bad conman and a bum and owned by El Saud and Russia
The 77 yrs old Trump fell asleep while sitting in the courtroom. Reporters describe how his mouth fell open and his head rolled onto his chest. Ironically this is the man who calls Biden 'Sleepy Joe"
How can he focus a full day in the oval office, when he can't stay awake for few hours in a court room?
These are business records violations, that are typically misdemeanors, and the statute of limitations has run out. Bragg had to come up with something else, so he says it's actually a felony because the misdemeanors were used as cover for another crime, deceiving voters by campaign finance violation. Issue is he can't charge Federal Election Violations, only two organizations can do that, and both investigated and passed. So, he's having to make up some new work around that has never been used and is destined to fail on appeal. The other problem he has is that Trump wouldn't have reported the campaign finance records until 2017, so no chance he was using the payoffs to deceive voters in 2016, he didn't have to tell anyone until 2017 after the election. The other issue is he's giving himself authority over federal election records, and he does not have that authority. It's an incredibly week case and appears that even lefty scholars say will fail in the end. Yes he has a favorable judge and jury but make no mistake it's going to fail on appeal. If Trump broke campaign finance laws, they would need to be charged by appropriate agencies, then Bragg maybe could've pulled this off. Relying on a guy's testimony that somehow Trump schemed to have NDA's paid and falsified the record of payment to avoid campaign finance reporting is pretty out there, considering the last thing Trump would want to do is pay with Campaign money since he would have to report. It's also coming from a guy that's been busted no less than 5 times lying to judges, juries, congress and the DOJ and recently tried to reduce his probation by lying to the doj about trump illegal activities. Then take into account his business is now trashing Trump for MSNBC and writing books trashing Trump is what you call a dream for the defense.
How do prosecutors defense lawyers track websites like this one to see a potential jurors posts unless the person gives them the info? I don't use X or FB and even there people's identities can be unknown. 'Six jurors seated in Trump’s New York hush money trial' Updated 8 min ago 'Donald Trump’s defense team has scoured social media for posts that may be relevant to prospective jurors’ thinking on the former president, the charges against him, or politics in general. In the afternoon session Tuesday, the defense made several dismissal requests on the basis that social media posts show the need to excuse jurors “for cause,” which means it won’t be counted against either of the sides, who can excuse a certain number of others without justification. In focusing on social media posts, including one from as far back as eight years ago, Trump’s side is hoping to eliminate as many left-leaning members of the panel as possible. If New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan refuses to excuse them for cause, these arguments will help lay the groundwork for a potential future appeal that could incorporate claims of judicial errors during jury selection. Jurors’ social media presence is knowable to the parties who have their identities, while members of the public do not know who they are.' cont: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/04/16/trump-hush-money-trial-live-updates/
LOL it's coming from Maggie Haberman, someone that has some dosey claims about trump including her books trashing trump Confidence Man. She also is reporting he's staring at her in the court. She's claimed he wanted to fire Kushner, and that Trump was a Russian spy. TDS all day every day but keep on believing the fake news the left uses to play you like fiddle.
Not only them, employers as well, I always have HR do social media background checks on management candidates. It's scary how much one can be tracked now.
Swearing in 6 jurors today was a an unexpected surprise. The jurors who have been dismissed does not necessarily mean they are all Democrats/Biden supporters either. You could have Trump supporters who think he will be found guilty or know they just can't be the hold-out juror or don't want to be associated with a potential guilty verdict or were just honest in their support of him and know that they're not capable of being unbiased. Realistically there can also be potentials who say they can't be unbiased to get out of jury duty for whatever reason including they either don't want to be tied down for up to 2 months or they can't financially afford to be. and don't want the risk that comes with the judge then making the decision to dismiss them or not, Legit prior plans can also get a dismissal. 1 min ago Judge brings in new slate before final questioning of first group 'Justice Merchan’s swearing-in of the first six official jurors in the trial brought us closer to the conclusion of vetting for the first batch of prospective jurors. On Monday, 96 of them were brought into the courtroom. All but 12 have been dismissed for bias, scheduling conflicts and preemptory strikes. That left six who were named as jurors and six more who still must be questioned by lawyers on both sides Tuesday afternoon. Merchan then swore in a new large pool of prospective jurors who will take their turns in the box later this week, starting the process again in hopes of filling out more jury seats. In all, Merchan intends to name 12 jurors and about six alternates.' cont: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/04/16/trump-hush-money-trial-live-updates/
Trump luvs Maggie Haberman, she's Jarrod Kushners' cousin. And since you are so invested in anything that humps Trump's leg, multiple media reports the same since then. Do try to keep up but it may require less time buying the con and more time getting informed outside of the RW bubble. Hope this helps....
Seriously, Trump's going through withdrawals. Examples: By noon time God knows how many people he's called to talk about himself. How many message rants he's posted on Truth Social. How long he's been online reading about himself then back to TS postings to condemn people who criticize him. Then posting articles on TS from people who kiss his ass. All the while scanning the TV channels and stopping when it's about him. Here and there he'll take the call from a candidate who's begging for his endorsement then back to TS to praise the person and bash their opponent. For hours on end he can't trash Joe and Hunter and all the prosecutors and judges who are overseeing his cases. On and On He's not getting his fix. Now not only does he have to sit still and shut the **** up he's mandated to appear every day his trial is in session Did he bring a 12 pack of Diet Coke to the court?
Pretty sure the Adderall wore off or he could not bring it into the courtroom. Maybe, he snorted it all earlier?
There charges are 34 counts of falsifying business records in the third degree, upgraded to the first degree because Trump allegedly violated Federal campaign finance laws. Feel free to prove me wrong.
