'One potential juror, an executive for a global company, said she could serve on the jury and could be impartial, but she did have one request if she was chosen.

“I’m good with the time, as long as we get to eat,” she said, to laughter from the others in the courtroom.

The woman said she had been the victim of crimes but also noted, “I have several close friends who are felons.”

She did not elaborate, but it’s possible lawyers could question her about that later in the day.'

“Cohen has been attacking President Trump,” Bove said. “Your honor said ... the order did not prohibit President Trump from responding to political attacks.”

Bove also disputed that Trump reposting others' public comments violates the gag order.

Merchan said they would discuss the issue further next Tuesday, when he has scheduled a hearing on the request to hold Trump in contempt.'

Says the guy who has no access to the evidence, was not part of the Grand Jury that indicted Trump, does not have a law degree and has proven time and time again he doesn't understand the basic public facts about the case.

 

Bragg is claiming Trump violated Federal campaign finance laws. Trump hasn't been charged, nor convicted. There's no evidence of a Federal crime.

 

Actually he's got a female layer on his team. She's always there but doesn't partake in the spin cycle. She's got a very good reputation, even great.
