There are plenty of leaders in all levels of govt that have dismissed the mask wearing. It just so happens to mostly be in the areas where those leaders dismissed, is where the virus is hitting hardest. So yes, there are some to blame.

 

In a nation with surveillance cameras everywhere freedom loving citizens should always wear masks.

The Buck stops with the individual. Shirking personal responsibility is what you are doing.
