Unless these allies are going to send weapons to Iran, there will be no conflict. It might be a problem for Russia and China, if they were to send weapons by sea. Russia could simply send the weapons by way of the Caspian Sea. They would not be the subject of US inspections. The Chinese could send weapons through a land route. That would be through Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Again those shipments would not be subject to US inspections. So, what would be the problem?
