You just defeated your own OP.
Since you said nearly 1/2 pay essentially nothing, they did not get a tax cut. So at most, 50% of Americans rec'd a tax cut.

    OF those that pay taxes.

Why would those who don't pay even care about a tax cut. (marxism/freebies)

    From your link:
At the Conference of Mayors in January, Gribbin explained that the Trump administration would not be proposing a specific funding mechanism for the infrastructure plan, saying that will be a conversation with Congress. But that discussion just got a lot harder following the passage of a tax plan that is expected to expand the deficit by over a trillion dollars over ten years.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has proposed hiking the federal gas tax, which hasn't gone up since 1993, to raise $394 billion over 10 years. Gribbin said the White House is open to that idea, but hasn't ruled anything out.

Over the past year, Democrats have accused Trump of seeking to create the $200 billion infrastructure fund by proposing cuts to other infrastructure-related programs. Gribbin committed to leaving major pots of money intact, such as the Highway Trust Fund, but said that some existing spending may be "repurposed."

The White House's budget, which was also released on Monday, proposed a 19% cut to the Department of Transportation, including axing grant programs for transit and other competitive projects proposed by local governments.

Creating a fund by taking money out. What a novel idea!

    And you got what?

A tax increase like I did?

    $30/ week?

And for all the hand wringing about the debt (and willingness to "fix it" by killing off the ACA and damaging Social Security,Medicare/Medicaid) they want to add ANOTHER tax cut

here's a bit from Meet the Press

CHUCK TODD: Math is a funny thing here in Washington. Nobody seems to want to ever cite it. But we have a record-breaking deficit, a record-breaking debt every day, when you watch the debt clock, but a record-breaking deficit this year that may surpass $1 trillion. You now, annually, never mind, obviously, the multiples of that, in the debt. The president yesterday was talking about a new tax cut. You're talking about reforming Social Security and Medicare. What--where are you--how are you going to pay for this tax cut that the president is, apparently, proposing?

SEN. THOM TILLIS: Well, we've got to make sure that it's at least supported by facts around dynamic growth. It has to pay for itself. We can't go further in debt. I voted against the spending bill, the most recent one, because it was just too much money being spent. And so we've got to, we’ve got to get the American people to recognize that we have a powder keg of dynamite in a debt that's continuing to grow. We're reaching a point where the service -- our debt service could exceed our contribution --

So they make a "problem" worse...and use it to kill off programs they don't like and never wanted

And they try to buy voters off with a couple bucks a week (if that)and in the process destroy their healthcare and retirement

A vote for a Dem is a vote on raising taxes on the working class.

So we shouldn’t see you claiming Trump lowered taxes when you just admitted he raised them, yes?

Most people got 20-30 bucks a week..if they got that

The rich got REAL nice tax cuts.

I remember one legislator bragging that he got a $75,000 boat with his tax cut

Since the left wants the rich to pay for most everything, shouldn't they be encouraging the rich to get richer, and to find more ways to create wealth so there are more rich to do the job?
