I think you mean 24 weeks, not months. Whatever the age of the fetus is irrelevant to the right of the individual to decide who, what, where and when their body is used by another person .. if the fetus is not a person then that gives the state the right to impose restrictions (as they have done), if the fetus is a person then the state has no right to impose restrictions. I have looked as these types of pictures for many years, they all fail on the same items .. non of the pictures you cited give any details as to the reason an abortion took place, by far the majority of these pictures used by pro-lifers, purely for emotional content, are either fake or used out of context ie. they are pictures of fetuses that have been aborted due to medical necessity, for example one of the most famous or infamous ones is the one titled 'Malachi', there as so many different stories surrounding this picture ranging from it being an aborted fetus found in a dumpster, in Dallas, to being found in a jar in an abortion clinic, a subject specialist doctor examined the photograph and found inconsistencies with the narrative projected by pro-lifers ..
