That's a possible solution but if a woman contributes 9 months of her life, her body, suffers physical pain and damage(permanent and temporary) , suffers financial/educational/ career setbacks just to give somone else a kid she should be heavily compensated.

There are married couples begging for babies to adopt. Waiting list. We should do what we can to facilitate that and encourage that.

Those who spout off about "why doesn't she just put it up for adoption" should adopt since THEY are the ones pushing it.
