Trumps disclaimer is informed by 1) his documented history of racism, 2) his official endorsement and enthusiastic support from neo-nazis, ku klux klan, and other white supremacist organizations, and 3) his chronic lying. So, what about the "extremely low percentage of blacks in stem fields"? Do you have the figures of applicants and numbers in the fields and surely there should be quite a few since you wrote that there are given priority. You also haven't presented evidence that they did worse in college than whites
