    Thanks.... there are a lot of fellow forum folks out here who equally deserved the honor... I just happend to flip off the Orioles OD win to MSNBC just in time to catch the ticker update...

    I joined this forum in October 2017 SPECIFICALLY because I found this human to be so horribly wrong for this country. I figured this day would eventually come. Hoped it was for his higher end criminal activity, and that may still be coming, but this news legitimately puts a smile on my face..

    That's not the charge.

    How is Bragg going to show he can ignore that the statute of limitations ran out a year ago and has jurisdiction and supremacy over the FEC and DOJ on federal campaign finance law.

    I haven't... it's under seal, but it's reported to be a felony indictment, so it will be interesting to see what Bragg paired with the misdemeanor lying on his business records to get there..

    I expect it to be campaign finance, since that was clear on day 1, but I understand that's a tough connection for Bragg to make...
