    No, he certainly did not disappoint.

    He was insulting, inconstant, & incoherent etc. The judge had his hands full. But he is a seasoned judge. He knows the person he is dealing with.
    Trump is feeling cornered (all self created) and attacks' are his primal response.

    Meidas Touch gives me the absolute shitz and I literally scream at the screen watching...well I used to...I now no longer watch the rubbish. He waffles, pads, repeats old ground over and over, and what takes him ten minutes to say could have been said in 30 seconds max.

    Oh!!!! Sorry, I am really way over anything to do with MidasTouch. As I said....he could justify his headline in 30 seconds (then I'd be happy) but he does not, as I have already described. I did leave comments (at his sites) along those very lines but nothing changed so...I walked. I am truly not interested in waffle, padding, stilted speech and repetitive garbage...gimme the guts of what yer saying and Ima happy!

    Michael Popok posts there but is a very different kind of legal analyst then Ben.
    Popok also does videos with Karen Freidman, I think you'd like their delivery and how they communicate.
    Ben isn't on his videos.
    If you like Glenn then you'd like Popok, imo.

    I watched the first link you posted...even the guy told himself to 'get to the point' and.....he still did not address the headline of the video. Instead took us down some yellow brick road about two special NY Laws, one of which he conceded was totally irrelevant....and I abandoned ship.

    Thanks for your help, but...nah.......I am over MidasTouch.

    The plaintiff is the AG. She is enforcing the law that says it is illegal to lie to banks. To engage in persistent fraud. Even if nobody else complains.

    The lawsuit isn’t political. It is enforcing NY law.

    Those who have concluded that he is decompensating are correct, though it would be more precise to say that the decompensation consists of exposing an inability to see reality and violent self-interest that has always been who he is. As many have predicted, as pressure on him continues to rise, his claims of greatness, his inability to accept legal constraints or punishments, and his destructive impulses toward all who have limited him, will increase. Ultimately, he may decompensate to the point of gross paranoid psychosis with even more obvious incitement to riots and civil war rather than accept the reality that he has been finally held accountable.
