    Irrelevant. The ruling by justice gray states the children born of illegals, inside the borders is a natural born citizen.

    Too bad Cons can't understand that the framers of the Constitution came from England and many things were found based on common law. Like the concept of Jus Soli that cons can't seem to understand.

    Diplomats??? Are you sure you understand the 14th? The 14th clearly declare children of foreign diplomats are NOT US citizens.
