Bad conduct is bad conduct regardless of your color. People in the lowest income brackets do tend to be more criminally oriented- but, the question of that being a cause or result is something else.
If you are by nature a thief, you will see no reason to earn a normal income- and will be among the low-income people. because your illegal gains don't get reported. If you are an honorable person, you will be working to grow and improve- but still be respecting law and order, even in poverty. So personal character has a lot to do with behavior; more than financial conditions. These things are the choices of people. The fact your life is harder than someone elses is generally a factor of your own choices. I'm pretty sure you won't understand why, but it's true.

When you look at a group with a common connection, the group will be seen by it's common denominator; the color becomes the identifier of expected normal conduct. This is unfair to the individual in some ways, but still accurate and neccessary in other ways as a group perception.

Right now, the hostile radical blacks get the publicity, and that allows them to paint the public image of all black people. The problem I see is that this is being allowed by the quality people in that culture; and they will suffer for it. Identity- is like a brand name. If it consistently represents quality, you trust it. If it's flaky and sometimes poor, you don't.

Let's say you own a business that hires people. If every black person you hired turned out to be a strong performer- you would be looking for more.
If the level of performance was below average and caused trouble- you would be reluctant to hires more. That's not because the color indicates common defect, but because it represents greater risk.

If most of the dog bites came from black dogs- everyone would avoid black dogs. The color becomes an identifier of what to expect, a brand. One of the FBI's crime statistics makes a good example.
The numbers show that the chances of a white person being assaulted by a black person, are 42 times greater than a black person being assaulted by a white person. That doesn't make every black person you see dangerous- but is indicates a probability difference, and prudent people are going to bear that in mind.

Regardless of your color- if you blame the conditions of life on things you think you can't control, you have abdicated your power to do anything about it. Black culture teaches blaming others- actually any others, based on color, for the things they don't like. That is the textbook definition of racism.... They are all guilty because of a common color. The people calling everyone else racists- ARE the real racists.

The bar I speak of is your conduct. Not your wealth- but your character, your respect for yourself and the responsibility you accept. Those are the keys to taking control of your life, regardless of your color.
That's why we do have some great black people the color isn't defective, but the culture is promoting the concept of blaming others. This is a choice the individual can reject or accept.

As to misrepresenting quotes, remember when Schumer said: "I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won't know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” and MSM claimed that Schumer was inciting violence? Now, Schumer did the right thing, apologized and said he used the wrong words. Now, if Trump doesn't want to be misrepresented, maybe he should avoid using "bloodbath" in his speeches.
