Trump should NOT get credit for low black unemployment.

So... what you are saying is that conservatives are self sustaining and Democrats can't figure out how to save for retirement?

Well... yeah! How does that surprise you!

I mean, if he grows the economy beyond the trend it was already on, he could get some credit. And he might get a passing grade if he doesn't break it.

But if he breaks it.... No matter how he tries to evade the responsibilities of the Office he holds....the buck does stop with him.

Being President is much more difficult than those who put Trump in power seem to realize.

"Gave me"? Dude. I pay federal income taxes unlike half the population.

What you say as "gave me" is really "let me keep".

    Learn the difference.

So you agree, he gets credit for growing it faster, and in shorter order than Obama

So... let's hear you say it. "Trump is responsible for growing the economy at a faster rate than Obama accomplished"

Of course! We're still paying for the time when Bush did the same.

Yep! The old Republican mantra. They repeat again and again "government is terrible". Then they grab on to power and they prove it!

Of course you're entitled to it! That's why they're called "entitlements"

The government is a necessary evil, which should be severely limited.

    1. Its rife with corruption
    2. Is inefficient with little motivation to be better
    3. It's an organization the often ****s up what it is intended to fix
    4. It burns more money than it injects into the economy. It's a net loss scenario by default.

No. I think the government sucks regardless of who is in charge. Conservatives and Democrats are cut from the same cloth, just printed on both sides. Neither want to reduce the size of inefficiency of government.

Yeah yeah. The money I pay in, when reduced, I should grovel at the feet of progressive liberals thanking them for granting my perceived entitlements.

I know you're aren't this stupid, but we can pretend if you like.

Reducing the amount of money people are forced to pay is not corporate welfare, not entitlements, and not "giving them".

Unless of course you believe all money is societies... are you one of those collectivists morons?

Ok. Let's see if this is hypocritical.

Stop making me pay into your SS ponzi- scheme, and I won't ask for anything at retirement.

    Fair deal?

I don't know what you mean by "shorter order". But .. Obama got us from a recession to consistent growth. Not just a good quarter... but a consistent economy. If he does better than Obama did, he'll get his credit.

And he paid for it with government spending, not private growth.

I can go and take out a bunch of credit cards, that doesn't make me richer.

Sure. Because Corporate welfare is reducing the money Corporations are forced to pay.
"All money is societies"? Doesn't even sound like proper grammar to me. So, fortunately for me, I don't know what you're talking about.

In many cases this is what is presented as corporate welfare by the left especially related to the tax cuts.

It can be done with increased productivity, more is produced by each hour worked. Productivity has increased each quarter of the Trump era after a long slump which ended in Jan, 2016.

Well... you were the one who brought up "corporate welfare". What is it, then?

Going strong??? Dude we fired Bush the first for better economic numbers than the Obama recovery has averaged. Going strong? more like going anemic. If Obama had manage two quarters as Good as what the Donald has you would have been able to here the lefts praises on Mars.

You're still in fantasyland. Obama still brought us back from the worst recession in history since Hoover's. Not an easy task.

Come back to us when you find any Republican doing something like that.

Again weakest recovery ever. How many would you like? I can think of two right off the top of my head, Reagan and Coolidge.

What does that even mean? The worse the recession, the more difficult it is to recover. Especially when the number one stated objective of the opposition was to make recovery fail. But you just repeat a wingnut talking point.
