However it doesn't have any real authority since Britt doesn't have any legitimate background in the study of fascism. You or I could have written that. If you really want to educate yourself on fascism you might want to start with Flynn's As We Go Marching. Since that was published in 1944, I regard it as far more legitimate look at fascist politics and economics. Hat tip, it doesn't in the slightest resemble Trump supporters.

They were not trying to install Trump as the illegitimate ruler of the US due to economic concerns, they had other reasons. The BLM protests were about the murders of black people and breaking down the institutional barriers that brought about the conditions leading to their murders.

The presidency was all about Trump's personal power in my view. His goal was all about him - not America, not his supporters - him. There were certainly elements of race and class, but I wouldn't say it was all about that. Perhaps for many of his supporters - but not for him.
