What exactly is the OP's lie? That companies are creating the jobs, not Ivanka? If that is the case, why does Trump say that Ivanka has created those jobs?

Finally, we all know that this is all propaganda. Just like the jobs retained by Carrier were propaganda, unlike what happened later in real life.

So then, out of curiosity, I searched for how many employees Wal-Mart has

In the United States alone, the company employs 1.4 million people

so it makes no sense that Wal-Mart would hire 1 million new employees
And particularly, it makes no sense that if they did do that, the jobs would have been remotely created by the administration.... let alone ivanka
