Except that Trump is no conservative and the House & Senate Republicans are not known for their bravery and steadfastness in pushing for conservative values, so only IF they actually make the changes the American people are looking for will they deserve any credit. Otherwise, they will deserve only blame.

Just an aside, why are the thread titles and threads not jiving? I click on one and get a different one.

Indeed. But even if the Republicans collapse, Democrats have not shown the change in their dialogue and approach to this country. So it simply means a third party can come to the equation. It'll be easier to say "I'll fix what Trump did wrong" then to say "We'll be a new inclusive Democratic Party" when no one honestly believes that.

Besides, they deserve this opportunity after 2009 gave us the ACA.

She committed crimes against this Republic. Letting her get away means allowing another politician to be a Hillary Clinton in the future. We must make clear that her behavior is unacceptable. Even if it resulted in an opposing political candidate winning. Don't blame the happenstance of the election, blame her corruption and allusion of the law.

Like I said, I wish I could see through your eyes as from my perspective it is immoral by my measure of morality to mock the disabled. I am all for attacking the message but not the messenger. How do you reconcile Trump mocking the disabled reporter with the above quote?

While I do sincerely offer my congratulations to your victory, I am baffled by how people could support one who spent so much time during the election assassinating the character of others. I know that Clinton assassinated the character of others too, but Clinton is now a footnote in history thus moot as it is Trump time.

Ole Trump was the least conservative guy running, but he promised rubes laughable dreams of building walls and banning muslims, and it worked. Hell, I give the guy credit who less though 10 years ago was praising Hillary as a person, while also claiming she would make a good president, to then convincing the lemmings that she's "crooked" and "belongs in jail". The guy's an evil genius.
