    Yep... like in the Carroll case....the civil lawsuit complaint used the word "rape" 61 times..... but never found Trump liable for rape. And without any evidence presented.... she didn't even know what YEAR it was, Carroll deleting evidence, and a a dress that was not made yet.... the court was fed everything except exculpatory to get Trump held liable...

    And remember.... New York literally made a law out of whole cloth with a 1 year window to allow Carroll to go after Trump (Adult Survivors Act, N.Y. C.P.L.R. § 214-j)

    I Wonder if the Russian spy Cohen's letter will be brought up in court? Cohen the star witness is a two time, maybe three time perjurer to the federal courts…

    You are also no authority on what I would "go along with".
    That being said, if there was a law on the books about witchcraft and a grand jury returned an indictment against the the Orange Stain , I'd be fine with it.
    Just a clarification since you seem terribly concerned about what I would "go along with".

    I agree there is a good chance of guilt, but it will get tossed on appeal. Remember the DA also filed about three dozen counts -- all pretty much the same thing BTW -- on the good knowledge that juries are hard pressed to return not guilty on every one of a truck load of counts because in their gut they believe nobody can be wrong 100% of the time.

    Funny how Cohen was a "secret Russian agent", but they use him as a trusted source in the trials against Trump now, after lying, two, maybe three times now...

    He's being charged with Federal campaign finance violations.

    States can't enforce Federal campaign finance laws. Plus, the FEC said Trump didn't violate campaign finance laws.

    You didn't read the indictment and don't care because all you know is "Orange Man good, Justice system bad".

    He's being charged with falsifying business records. Let's proceed to trial and see what the facts are.
