The federal and state prosecutors agreed that the case against Trump in the Stormy Daniels non disclosure payment affair is weak. Only Alvin Bragg, who doesn't have time to prosecute real criminals, as brought it. Why? It's for political reasons.

Chances are Trump will be found guilty of something. Why? You can't impannel an impartial jury in Manhattan. In 2020, the vote was 73% Biden and just over 20% for Trump. Most of the Manhattan progressives would find Trump guilty of anything.

If Trump is elected, the first thing his appointee to the US Attorney for the SD of NY needs to do is investigate how much Money Bragg has been able to amass on a salary of less than 300K a year

An upcoming election is prejudged as being corrupt if Trump loses. An upcoming court case (for which someone acting for Trump has been sent to prison) is prejudged as being corrupt if Trump loses. The training has been successful.

 

There is no doubt he will utilize the full weight of the government to resolve his personal issues like his criminal court cases. He will make himself #1 priority. You can bet money on it.

I'm an Independent, but the irony is incredible. If a Democrat pulled 1/10 of the BS that Trump did, Fox News and Republicans would be all over it every day of every week. The media should be all over Trump even more. The ACTUAL HISTORY, and these cases are horrendous. Hush money, porn stars, 9-month affairs while Melania was pregnant - that's not the crime, that's the media side. The crime is that he made payments under false pretenses - FRAUD. Democrats are held to a higher standard than Republicans.

It's hard to pay someone over $100 K if you don't happen to have a briefcase of new $100s lying about.

The straightforward way would be to pay her out of personal funds, file the gift tax return, and be done with it.

But I'm sure that Trump is too clever and too cheap to do that. So there is some chain of transactions and paperwork to use pre-tax revenue from one of his businesses dressed up as a business expense. Hence, fraud and falsification of business records.

Lots of rich people undoubtedly get away with things like this, since nobody is looking too hard. But once they look hard, a case can be made that the law was broken.

 

Where would you like to have the case moved?
Who would you like the judge to be?
Who would you like the prosecuter to be?
Even if you got to make all those choices that wouldn't change the facts of the case. I have noticed over and over again that whenever the former President or his strong supporters have legal problems it is always the fault of the "fake news" press, the crooked investigators, the leftist DAs, the lying witnesses, the corrupt bribed judges and the biased unintelligent jury. He and his supporters have never directly dealt with the charges because there is always an excuse not to. "I am innocent" is seldom said, "I am the victim" is the approach.

 

The trial should be moved somewhere out of Manhattan, perhaps north of the city. As for Mr. Bragg, I know you love him because he’s one of many George Soros sponsored DAs who puts far left politics ahead of justice.

Yes, in my opinion, Trump is guilty of multiple crimes in at least 3 states ranging from Civil Fraud to Insurrection. I'll be very happy when juries return multiple felony convictions on him for those or any of the other charges for which he is indicted.

Biden/Obama brought health care to some 18,000,000 people.

Trump and his republicans tried 60 times to kill it, without a replacement.

Trump left the nation in chaos when Biden took over. he brought us normalcy.

Trump undermined and tried to destroy many of america's institutions, hell, half the state department was unmanned, have the ambassadorships were unmanned. His debts were a threat to national security.
