Rosenstein was a witness in the investigation he was supervising, that was a conflict of interest. Whitaker is not implicated in any DOJ investigation so there is no conflict. Being a supporter of the president is not a conflict, it's a nomination/appointment requirement.

 

That's not even a question anymore.... The only question is did Trump himself know about the Trump Tower meeting beforehand, which I'm positive he did..

But that limited interpretation of Mueller's scope is a false flag in itself.... Whitaker will be appraised on ALL aspects of what Mueller has to date. I didn't know the FBI or a special council investigated Benghazi, please share that link because I don't remember it. The FBI is a little different than a congressional panel don't you think, they're a little more detailed and more efficient. Sure there's been indictments for everything from back taxes to lying to the fbi, none of which had a damn thing to do with Trump. There have also been several firings by the fbi and DOJ for the actions taken to even begin this investigation, in fact everyone involved in starting this thing has been fired, I wonder why?
