Hillary lost, had she won, the right would have tried to impeach her over those emails - they tried to impeach her husband for lying about a consensual affair

He absolutely can claim he has no personal knowledge of why that log is missing. You'll have to prove he has personal knowledge.
It being missing does not equate to that.

O? Did he cart them all out of the place himself? You've got pictures of him loading them in a vehicle himself? You've got messages directing that be done? Something? Anything? No? Then you're still going to need to find some evidence along those lines fella.

They didn't try and impeach Bill for having an affair, he was impeached for LYING about it to Congress....

As a easy note, Bill Clinton was impeached for lying to a Federal Judge under oath to deprive a private citizen of a fair trial and justice. There was NOTHING consensual about his attack on Paula Jones, which is what the lying was all about.

FWIW, I wouldn't have supported impeaching Hillary over her EMAILS, as her mishandling was known to the public before the election. I would have supported impeaching T**** over his illegal campaign finance issues surrounding Cohen and Stormy (among other things during his regime of corruption) because that was not known at the time of the election...
