I think they will, but, ya never know, it's pretty hard to win suits against the media, for defamation. Scientology tried it in '92 on it's famous 'The cult of greed and power' article, where Scientology sued, and lost, but Time mag spent a fortune defending itself, though it saved a lot more in potential awards.
