    The New Testament clearly condemns homosexuality in Romans chapter one and First Corinthians chapter 6:9-10. Is that true or not?

    Yeh - such propaganda that there are hundreds of results on google showing employment and housing discrimination.

    On the other hand, your religion is absolutely nothing but propaganda, one that you want to force on everyone else.

    I looked for cases where people were fired for being gay or denied housing, but I can't find anything. Our of curiosity do you know of such cases?

    all one need do is read the verse from my signature

    Gay sex is not allowed so why would one think marriage of same-sex people is allowed?

    The Bible says nothing about condemnation of those who choose to have some gay sex, it simply is a sin like other things but you pray for the sinners and hope they find their way.

    Yes, pray for them like you would for any sinner. However the scripture is clear, saying those who continue in their sin shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. First Corinthians 6:9-10. Then verse 11 says that we were such, but were washed and saved by Jesus Christ. If a person claims to follow and believe in Jesus and is still living in the lifestyle Paul just described they're deceived.

    How do you believe the case can be recalled to the new SCOTUS?
    Who can show injury for two people signing a legal document?

    Also,why does it matter to you so intensely that two adults can sign a legal document?

    I can believe a case can be recalled because there is precedent. Dred Scott case was settled law, slavery was the law of the land. Oops, no it wasn't. Prohibition was the law of the land. Ooops, no it wasn't. Anything else?

    The Dred Scott decision was proven to show injury to people who were decendants of slaves by not allowing them to be citizens. Slavery obviously caused injury to individuals.

    I think regardless of supreme Court Justices or their philosophy, it's going to be an extremely steep uphill case for people wanting to overturn the Same sex marriage decision.

    In all of these, an individual could show injury. Comparing the enslavement of an entire race to gay people being allowed to sign a legal contract is a bit of a stretch, yes?

    Who is injured by allowing same sex couples to sign a marriage document? Why do you refuse to answer this very simple question that is the basis of your entire argument?

    It is also clear you can sell your daughter, beat your slaves, slaughter babies and a great many other wonderful things....cherry picking what to hate is what defines the OP.

    That's Old Testament Law. The law is dead. However, homosexuality is still consideted sin against the Creator, Romans first chapter anf First Corinthians chapter 6.

    But it was overturned because of that. For decisions to be overturned they have to be proven to violate the consitiution.

    Yes, and I along with many others believe the ruling on same-sex marriage was unconstitutional. Many people believe marriage laws are a state matter exclusively.

    SCOTUS rules on many issues that are not directly mentioned in the constitution, that does not make that ruling unconstitutional.

    Who do you feel has standing to bring a new case to SCOTUS - who is harmed by two individuals signing a contract?

    It's not about signing a contract. It's about forcing a citizen to violate their constitutionally protected right to religious conscience.

    Ok, so you feel that your "constitutionally protected right to religious conscience" should be able to interfere in the lives of and dictate the laws to others?

    That is maybe an argument against public accommodation laws - it isn't one against legal proceedings.
