Unconstitutional laws are passed by Congress but have to have an injured party to be able to take it to court. The most recent unconstitutional law was McCain/Feingold. There can be unconstitutional things in the Treaty but more than likely cannot trump the constitution. The treaty has to be passed before you can find out what is in it, kind of like Obamacare (which by the way, the constitutional argument for the individual mandate the Administration used fell flat so it was redefined by Roberts as a tax instead). There is no document you can study right now that I know of so we don't really know what is in the treaty. There was rumor of one part that compelled the states (states in the treaty means countries) to license anyone that makes ammunition, which means if you reload, you would have to go through legal proceedings just to do so. I am not sure how this would be considered unconstitutional but definitely an infringement on freedom.

By "We, the People," they have. You say the new world order doesn't exist. I stated in an earlier post that it most certainly does exist. Politicians and bankers and other high ranking rich have talked about it, even some U.S. Presidents in recent passed. I gave you several links to check out the georgia guidestones. You are wrong about the nwo not existing, just as you are wrong, again, about what I, and "We, the People," have declared unConstitutional.
Granted, that's why we have a supreme court, and they're supposed to declare things to be unConstitutional when they are unConstitutional, yet, they do not. "We, the People" have the right, duty, and power to declare it, and demand redress. "We, the People" have more power than many want to believe. It's all written in the Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, concerning the power that the People have. "We, the People" are NOT to be afraid of the government, the government is to be afraid of the People. We're the ones that are supposed to put people in power. For a long time, though, they(government) have been putting in power who they want, for their agenda, propaganda, and purposes.
