I would prefer green jobs to be created by the private sector, and I would like to see a business environment without government created enterprises for that to become a reality. However, I am not opposed to green jobs created by government either, and endorse the creation of an infrastructure bank to allocate funds to such efforts in an economically sound manner. Out of all the viable green energy sources available, I consider nuclear power the next best opportunity for development, both for uranium-based reactors and thorium-based reactors. Fusion energy, if done with the correct safeguards is also a great energy source.

In addition, I am not opposed to the expansion of oil and natural gas drilling so long as continuing research and development is conducted to fund methods to curb environmental degradation. I want to see the approval of the Keystone XL Pipeline, and hope the President does so as soon as possible.

Military technology and aviation manufacturing jobs need to be invested into as well. Of course new car manufacturing jobs need to be created based in viable energy sources such as natural gas, and in the near future, hydrogen fuel cell and electric.

Overall, I favor an "all-of-the-above" approach to job creation.

Sorry Erie, but that "huge" drop is statistically inconsequential.

Obama's done in November and headed back to Chicago at the end of January, get used to it. He destroyed himself with failed economic policies that have us no better off than we were 4 years ago. See libs can BS the politically disengaged all they want, except with the things that affect their daily lives like jobs and the economy. Break out the giant BBQ fork, Obama's all done.

I appreciate you have to resort to unprovable claims about the future, Pee pee.

Because you have nothing to argue on the merits.
