As usual, good news for America is bad news for Democrats.

    Ok.

But.....I thought Government spending was bad ?

The best part of all of this is that the righties in here have actual supported everything that Trump has done with this spending, so now when/if dems do it, you dont get to complain even a little bit. Now government spending is good.

Cant wait to have the deficit conversation next year

As permanent policy, yes, to get through a once a century pandemic short term, no. No country ever on a long term basis spent it's way into prosperity. See Cuba and Venezuela.

    Really ?

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, because I wasn't on this board in 2008, but when Obama did this very thing in the 2008 meltdown, the right lost their minds on him. They even used in the 2008 elections, and Trump used in in the 2016 cycle against him. I would predict that if Biden wins, the right will not support anymore spending to help thru the pandemic, screaming "government spending...BAD...".

And FTR, all I have ever said about the current situation is that the economy is falsly inflated, and righties talking about how good it is, is beyond disingenuous.

Fairly good news, though it still leaves us in the red over the last two quarters.
