No, basically telling someone they are lying gets that response from the mods even if they are lying!!! You have no way of knowing whether this guy was or not. I would not want to speak to someone who begins a conversation like that. It is baiting, that is it is raising the temperature. More likely to get an emotional response rather than good discussion.
