Sure the evidence is pointing that way, if Martin were white and Zimmerman was a black man he would be under the jail right now.

The reason Zimmerman is not in jail right now is because in some way he has a connection to the Sanford Police Dept and they are covering his ass.

Really post that again, because the article I read the police stated that the Prosecutor's office said that.

 

Maybe, but one thing is for sure since the victims in both cases are black, folks with the mindset like yours don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) either way.

 

The case was not taken away from them. They concluded their investigation and handed it over per protocol.

 

I'd much rather there be less violence. Admittedly, it doesn't bother me much when one thug kills another, but a lot of innocent people end up as victims. Innocent as in at the wrong place at the wrong time.

 

No one here has the facts.But one thing is sure Blacks have a
habit of running from authority,especially the Cops when told to
STOP or Halt.Now why is that.Running is a form of guilt.
Why would the Kid run.
Judge Judy would get down to brass tacks.If it doesn't make sense

Again if the Kid went for the gun,than the whole scenario changes.
If the Kid just ran,that is understandable.The Kid was 17 ... right.

Zimmerman is not getting away with this at all. If he doesn't go to jail someone will put him in the ground and I hate violence so I don't support that or condone it in any way but this jerk murdered an unarmed kid and that does not sit well with some people.

 

Run from authority? What authority did this guy have other than being a wannabe rent a cop with a gun? Middle of the night ans some stranger rolls up on a young kid, I would hope the kid would get the hell out of there. We teach our kids to get the hell away from strangers right?

than Al Sharpton would be down there lickety split right.

Before making a fool of yourself and saying no one here has the facts, you should do a crazy task of looking at all available facts.

It makes perfect sense Martin ran away from some strange guy stalking him. Zimmerman chased him down and when Martin refused to act as his slave he murdered him.

It is obvious Zimmerman confronted Martin and Martin had no idea who he was so he tried to get away and Zimmerman tried to detain him. That intent was very clear when he said "these [pacodons] always get away."

 

Yes,a Security Guard is Authority.Does the TSA have authority then.
the TSA were merely Airport Security before Obama became
the Dictator.Now TSA has been given Federal marshall's authority
with Badges and official uniforms.
I don't know about you but in my day Kids were instructed to
Respect their elders AND Authority.

This was the 46th call Zimmerman made in 14 moths and it would be important to know the details of those calls and see how many actual arrests were made due to his handy work. Any patterns of profiling would be apparent as well but we have Zimmerman's recording where he clearly profiled Martin.

Even if Florida fails to prosecute Zimmerman the Feds will nail him on Civil Rights violations.

This guy had no uniform, rode in a normal everyday car, and only claimed to be a neighborhood watch guy. If you teach your kids to automatically respect that, it is a wonder they didn't end up dead and raped in a shallow grave. This (*)(*)(*)(*)er had no authority and even broke several neighborhood watch rules in doing what he did.
