Sorry, that's wrong. Zimmerman created the confrontation. You cannot claim self-defense if you're the aggressor even if you get your ass kicked. Zimmerman, as on the 911 tapes, approached the innocent Martin, chased him even. A young man he had no right to approach as he was not committing any crimes.

All evidence point to an aggressive Zimmerman confronting an innocent teen for doing nothing more than walking on the sidewalk. 2nd degree murder is the only reasonable charge here.

Who has listened to the 911 calls and thinks Zimmerman was the one screaming? I ask because the only idiots making that claim all have one common factor, including Sanford PD.

It is so painfully obvious from the recordings the one screaming for help was the one who was murdered.

However, for the rabid idiocy claiming Zimmerman was crying for help, another point has been overlooked. On the tapes the one screaming was not being hit. Who's the genius that can figure out why that is important?

 

How do you know that Martin was innocent? There had been a lot of break-ins reported in the area. How do you know that Martin wasn't the one doing them? Because he had Skittles in his pocket? Pfft! He probably stole those too from the store. Because it's typical of...*ahem*...those people.
