The police did not have the evidence he lied because they didn't investigate........you have to actually investigate to have all the evidence........

but you keep ignoring I've already pointed out contradictions in Zimmerman's own claims.....

He says he was attacked while returning to his suv. This is already a proven lie by phone records, location, and the witness who heard Zimmerman approach Martin.

 

None of them are contradictory and none of them saw Zimmerman confront Martin. We also know the cops tried to influence what witnesses said they saw/heard.

 

So in other words, you are assuming he was attacked from behind.

The question is, do they have evidence that he was not acting in self defense? The answer is no. You may FEEL that is because they have not done enough investigation. That is only because you are ASSUMING WITHOUT EVIDENCE that Zimmerman is the aggressor.

Until there is hard evidence to prove Zimmerman was not acting in self defense, he will be a free man.

 

It seems that multiple people are asking Sky to post his proof that a 13 year old witness saw Zimmerman push Martin. So, where's the proof????

No I'm not. I'm going by what Zimmerman stated. Let me spell it out more clearly: do you notice how Zimmerman's statement has changed now that he has learned Martin was on the phone??????

In his first statement he said he was returning to his suv and Martin attacked him.

Now he is saying he was returning to his suv and Martin stepped in front of him, they exchanged words, and Martin hit him.

If you can't see his obvious change in what he says happened AFTER it was proven Martin was on the phone........

 

Keep on spouting the same bs and run from producing the evidence.

I just want to say that I've been saying that since the story broke. I was able to discern from the initial biased rueters article "White man shoots black child armed with skittles and ice tea" or whatever the insanely slanted title was, after merely skimming the article, that the police investigation had already concluded that Zimmerman had acted in self defense.

There is no other reason the police would not have arrested the man.

Zimmerman acted in self defense.

 

I never said the 13 year old witness saw Zimmerman push Martin.

I said the witness on the phone proves Zimmerman confronted and pushed Martin and the 13 year old witness saw them on the ground and separated.

Your dishonesty is ridiculous.

 

Already been posted. His first statement was posted by the City of Sanford what......ten days or so ago.......now today his statement has changed to saying they spoke before the fight.

Go back and read that article. The article only provides the point of view of Martin's mother and his family's legal council. It has to be the most intellectually dishonest and biased piece of crap I have ever read. I was able to tell it was pure BS and there was far more to the story in Zimmerman's favor after about 5 seconds. I'm sorry your critical thinking abilities are so limited, but I'm not sure what anyone here can do for you.

Anyway, so now the police are biased? I trust their investigation skills over your internet sleuthing. So unless you feel like convincing myself and everyone else that somehow you are more qualified than the police to determined what went down, I'm siding with the police department.

If the police report determined he acted in self defense, or at least there is insufficient evidence to suggest he did not act in self defense, then as far as I am concerned Zimmerman acted in self defense.

I really couldn't care less if Zimmerman was half hispanic or what the 911 dispatcher told him or how many 911 calls he made. I also couldn't care less that Martin was wearing a hoodie or that he was black or was suspended. All of those things are irrelevant.

 

yea, that kinda backfired on him with that story....

 

They didn't even run a background check on Zimmerman right after admitting he shot Trayvon.

They gave him no drug test.

Those are standard procedures and the other bias.......have you EVER been following this story? At all???

 

you're right, the police report listed him as a W/M (white male). I wonder why the Zimm family wanted the hispanic part brought out...
