They only oppose opening school buildings when the positive test rate is 5% or higher in the community.

 

Standards Trump is ignoring when he urges schools to open in states like Florida and Texas where the positive rate exceeds guidelines.

Why would the Liar-in-Chief want to quarantine NYC? If anything, he should quarantine Georgia and Florida.
