Putin will probably take at least Luhansk and Donetsk, for one stated reason or another. Truth? He has an insuperable logistics advantage.

The reason Biden conducts his interactions from across the street from the Whitehouse is because they don't have to publish the activities there, and there is no visitors log.

 

Russia doesn't have a strong argument. NATO was not planning to place such missiles in Ukraine in the first place.

Additionally, had Russia not invaded Ukraine, then Ukraine would never have been willing to host such missiles. Russia only has to fear Ukrainian willingness to host such missiles because of the way they are treating Ukraine.

For what it's worth, it is north-central Ukraine that is situated for the easy bombardment of Moscow.

The reason why Russia is bothering their neighbors is not because they do not feel safe.
