I have a better one. Had the criminal Bolsheviks not taken over Russia, the Nazi party would never have come about in Germany. Then again maybe if Karl Marx had not written his manifesto, Bolshevism might not have come about. And of course if the Enlightenment had never occurred, Karl Marx would not have had the ideas to write his manifesto....so let's blame it on the Enlightenment.

Oh better yet, let's blame it on the Greeks, they started the whole thing anyway. They always were troublemakers.

    HOW DARE YOU!

I say it's just as well that 0bama wasn't there, but it's a shame about any and all EU leaders who take their marching orders from him and Kerry.

I don't know... I recall learning that the Nazis made good use of the Bolshevik 'threat' to gain power in Germany.

Stephen Seagal is a personal friend of Vladimir Putin, maybe he lives in Russia.

It's a lovely parade but notice how few EU leaders there were. The Europeans made a point though of honoring the death of a cartoonist who habitually insulted other people's religious faith, yet they wouldn't honor the millions who gave their lives to fight against 'supremacism' and genocide.

It makes me wonder, when Merkel and Co. commit these stupidities, are they bowing to the wishes of certain oligarchs? This doesn't say much for our civilization, or our future...if there is any.

    Thank heaven for Russia.

Actually 2 sholars and they concluded

"Americans do enjoy many features central to democratic governance, such as regular elections, freedom of speech and association and a widespread (if still contested) franchise. But we believe that if policymaking is dominated by powerful business organisations and a small number of affluent Americans, then America's claims to being a democratic society are seriously threatened."

For russia its simple fact its a dictatorship .

How is Russia any more a dictatorship than the US? Both nations hold elections.

Oh then the German Generals are wrong, we're not heading into WWIII. Then the American experts must be wrong as well? Thank you for telling me, I mean surely you would know?

Video of parade should have used subtitles instead of making both languages difficult to follow.

A few observations related to Russian pride and tradition:
Napoleon, who invaded Russia, invented the tradition of military medals and ribbons, and, Russia has copied his invention with a vengeance.
Russian ceremonial soldiers do the goose step which the Nazis made famous.
The word 'Nazi" is very similar to the Russian word Нация - Natsiya (national)
The parade soldiers stick their proud noses into the air.
Pride in the victory over Nazi forces clouds their view of the real situation of WW2; That it was a set up: All sides were controlled by the same hidden hands that created the war to wipe out many millions of Christian Syro-Israel peoples in Europe including Russia.

Despite their pride, Russia is more civilized than the US with it's perennial wars of aggression that have caused immense suffering, death, destruction and held back, hindered, obstructed, delayed, frustrated human progress world wide.

Look who's talking, a guy with a black belt in chutzpah and hypocrisy.

BTW, Though some folks imagine that this image of President Putin is an insult or put down, it is really not.
[IMG] The hammer and sickle are Christian symbols.
    The Hammer represents the Stone of Jesus Christ that grinds to dust those who do not fall on Him to be broken of false ways and mentality;
The Sickle stands for cutting the tares to be gathered up to be burned, and for harvesting the wheat to be stored safely.

There almost have to be some. The problem being that any of them voicing that concern would be fired. Well, for sure any U.S. general or admiral would be 'let go' and possibly anyone on the German side as well.

All German generals are in agreement on this or the best you can come up with is one or two retired old farts that no one has ever heard of? All american "experts" or one or two obscure partisan hacks that are not taken seriously in scientific circles?

You are not fooling anyone Jeannette, we know that the Westerners are free to express their opinions and views, no matter how incorrect and silly they may be. We know that in the free world you can find "experts" on any side of absolutely any debate, you can find "experts" espousing all kinds of nonsense. You may be fooling the Russians who are used to murdering dissidents but the diversity of opinions is a norm in the west. Your hysterical appeals to the ultimate authority of a tiny minority of "experts" who agree with your pro-Putler views are pathetic :D

I could not even imagine the American reaction if it were Russia engaged in 10+ years of constant invasion, occupation, regime change and weapon strikes in several foreign countries with regular civilian casualties the way the US has been carrying on.. It really is amazing what this country does and gets away with.

Hmm, Chechnya, Georgia, Ukraine leap immediately to mind and that's just recent history. Lest we forget Russia's previous adventures in Afghanistan, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Finland etc (in no particular order).

Very funny. "Civilized" countries, instead of the parade, bombing other countries.

Judging by the state of the armed forces of Great Britain, your masses do not like this kind of shine. For Britain enough one working submarine. The most important costs - the costs of the royal family. For example to sew a new form of an SS officer for Harry.

For the British it is more important than to pay tribute to those who died in the war. Is not it?

    Bravo!

"We are flying ...", performs during the war Edith and Leonid Utesov accompanied by the State Jazz Orchestra of the RSFSR. In America, this song appeared in 1943 and it was called "Comin 'In On A Wing And A Prayer"

    We then were together.

In general, the contract was signed with the Nazis in Munich in 1938. But the Poles have signed an agreement in 1934.
But you now have to think not about that. - Only that the accident occurred at the nuclear power plant near New York
