"Officers arrived on scene to a retail store in Union Square where they observed several suspects involved in criminal acts. Officers have arrested multiple suspects," police said in a written statement.

They say they the Louis Vuitton store may not be the only one that was hit. Officers are "continuing to respond to other retail establishments, where reports of vandalism are occurring."

First I find it refreshing that an ABC affiliate would report on this. There may still be some hope for local news stations.

Next, stories like this continue in cities with full Democrat control.

Why these retailers keep stores open in these areas is their own fault. If Democrats that are legalizing theft and removing the police from the community are running the city... CLOSE YOUR STORES THERE NOW.

I agree. Corporate management really needs to re-evaluate keeping stores open in Democrat locales that soften punishment for crime

 

Businesses need to band together, go to city hall and Pelosi’s office and demand that the taxes they pay be used to keep them safe or they’re going to leave.

Can we establish some reality here. At the least 90% of the persons I see in the videos are Black. Some if not most is exclusively Black persons. These are preplanned organized criminal acts. They are increasing in numbers.

Why does this seem to be an acceptable behavior within the Black communities? The same happens whenever there is even the most minimal reasons to "protest" meaning time to go steal stuff. And of course we get the rationalizations about "oh well they have insurance" to even that those people deserve stuff too so it's OK to steal.

And no it is not a White versus Black it's everyone else versus Black because many of these stores are owned by Asians and Hispanics and even other civil and law abiding Blacks. What can local law enforcement do to stop this tsunami of this mob criminal activity happening? Of course if we prosecute there will be screams about sending people to jail. I think we have to find out why such criminal activity seems to be accepted and how do we change that underlying attitude and bring about more civil behaviors in these communities.

And now will come the screams of racism............it's call reality.
