The biggest problem with the left is that they refuse to believe vaccinated people spread the virus and masked people spread the virus.

 

I’ve asked a couple local hospitals and the hospital my in laws use about availability. I get transferred to a couple people who have no idea what I’m talking about. Then someone writes down the term “monoclonal antibodies” and says someone will call me back. Every time someone finally calls back and tells me they are in stock and available upon request by a physician.

It seems they are available, but only to people who ask.

Yes, I said I would withhold judgment on the Biden/Covid situation. I believe I was more than fair but now have concluded it’s not much of an improvement. I even praised him initially for continuing to purchase and spend more net on infusion centers, but now it seems the technology is out of favor again.

 

There is a web site that shows you the infusion center nearest to you, and from where, with a physician prescription, you can get it. But yes, this is not being widely publicized, obviously.

I doubt it's trivial. It's the medical market. There are special standards for medical supplies.

If we are to believe 557, and I have no reason not to, the medical certifications were getting done. The rest is a matter of marketing and shipping, neither of which take much time to coordinate.

 

They seem to forget the ER folks have to wear masks to stop their germs from spreading.
But mask effectiveness depends on the type of mask and proper wearing of said mask. They also forget the average joe isn't up on all the necessary requirements to make a mask effective and just assume they don't work.
They don't work if not the right type or worn correctly.

 

How do you know it doesn't take much time to coordinate.
Each healthcare company will likely do a quality audit and background checks of all their suppliers.

Besides, Covid is a virus and a virus can enter the body via any orifice...The eyes, the ears, the mouth the nose - and the fingers, for example, can transport the virus to any orifice...All the mask covers is the mouth and nose..This is to prevent the Covid-sick from giving Covid to the non-Covid sick. Unfortunately, the Covid virus lives (so to speak) for a few days if the surface on which the virus resides isn't sanitized and the virus destroyed.

For those who actually worked in the medical field for decades, we’d hate to have these jokers making the medical decisions. Their posts are hilariously inert and uninformed and filled with an agenda…and it’s not helping anyone.

 

Exactly. Medical persons operate in a field of regulation and requirements. The also have to change their mask frequently, every time they emit body fluid. The can’t have facial hair with n95 masks and they monitor each other constantly . That pretty much eliminates them and most if the rest of us.

 

They only know what RW tv and radio tell them. And those sources are all about conspiracy theories an getting worse.

And you don’t consider the claim N95 masks are in short supply false information? Or you believe it’s false information but the folks at the CDC are too incompetent to realize the masks they have been testing and certifying for a year actually exist?
