    The states will simply no longer use state money to do the FEDS jobs for them. Immigration enforcement is a FEDERAL issue, not a state one. The state will honor warrants if they arrest an illegal. They will no longer pay to do the FEDS job for them.

    Then the people in Olympia have no reason to whine when the feds cut off their money spigot (27.3% of the state's entire budget). I look forward to testing that theory.
