    They testified in the investigation and Jordan testified in both and that testimony was part of the impeachment in the House and submitted with the evidence to the Senate.

    Stop being obtuse.

    You are being overly desperate to attempt to continue arguing that the historical precedent for witnesses in the Senate Impeachment Trial does not exist. The average number of witnesses to appear in Senate Impeachment Trials is 32. The fewest number of witnesses to ever appear in a Senate Impeachment Trial is Bill Clinton's Impeachment. And even there, three witnesses testified before the Senate who did not testify before the House.

    Executive Privilege and Absolute Immunity are not synonymous. The former is judicially recognized, albeit limited. The later has been repeatedly crushed and destroyed by EVERY court to review the legal claim - most recently by Judge Jackson in December of 2019.

    You are being factually incorrect and I am correcting you. The witnesses in the Clinton impeachment had been deposed and testified in the investigation and during the impeachment and that testimony was part of the impeachment submitted to the Senate.
