Plumbing, electrician, pipe fitter, hvac technician, robotics maintenance, computer programmer, carpenter, automotive technician/mechanic, -- There is definitely a future in that. What do you have against blue collar workers ?? Hillary ignored them and lost the election.

Which Clinton took credit for. And there were no women and children starving in the streets.

Since the gov't knows all about our income and just about everything else.
Why doesn't the gov't just say how much we owe for the year instead of filing returns?

There are people who could never do most of those jobs. I hope there can be a place for them.

The list is not complete. It’s amazing what can be accomplished with effort and initiative.

I just wish people would get out of Trump's way. We could have an infrastructure rebuilding plan that would meaningfully employ a lot of the people who can never attain technical skills.

As long as Republicans continue to defend the outrageous spending on the US empire and the domestic police state, there is simply no way anyone can take their claims of "fiscal conservatism" seriously. The only logical conclusion one can reach is that they want to cut entitlement spending so they can free up money for other things they want to spend on, like more wars and prisons.

Both parties are HUGE fans of zeeeee Pork :) I dare say I would have never put that point without using all political parties equally :) But I suppose you have a reason for the partisan blame ;)

Agreed - the D's are deranged in their obsession with destroying the Trump Presidency with no regard for the low income people who are suffering as a result. The most egregious of these actions are their non support of equal access to quality education for low income kids. Betsy DeVos is championing this effort with absolutely zero help from the party of goodness.

    Are you serious?

Trump doesn't lead he follows. He's proposed nothing. Is the Congress going to write something like that without urging from Trump?

    Nope.

Is Trump even TALKING about anything like that?

    Nope

I criticize Democrats all the time. I just don't feel the need to include criticisms of both parties every time I mention one of them.

Are the Democrats gonna work for anything like that?

    Nope.

They're just gonna keep being insane. Their supporters are just gonna keep eating it up.

    Because... Trump!

Which education system? The one that is failing to educate our kids? That education system?

Why the heck is 'the system' more important than the kids?

Are the Dems going to write infrastructure bills? They will if they get control of Congress.
Do they have any input in the current partisan Congress? None

How can I predict what they'll do?

Because that's what they've done in the past. That's the kind of thing they ALWAYS do

What is the Republican Party doing now?
    Passing infrastructure bills?

No. They incompetently trying to take healthcare away from millions and passing Donor Relief Acts in the dark of night (that no one has read) that add trillions to the debt.

It's simply not what the GOP does

The Democrats in Congress are offered a seat at Trump's table. Do you think if they make a deal with Trump, Congressional Republicans will ignore it?

That’s complete BS. She is working to improve it. What do you have against ensuring that low income kids have access to a quality education ??

When the President tweets that no deal is possible is that an offer of a seat at the table?

She has no respect for the public education system. She wants to privatize it and dismantle it

I can't see the relevance. Is there some code there I'm missing?

My understanding is that they were invited and they chose not to go.

    Seems pretty cut-and-dried to me.

That's completely ridiculous. Charter schools are public schools.

What about our failing, progressive-dominated education system is worthy of respect?

Their's was the choice not to participate. And again the D's demonstrate indifference to the low and middle class whilst supporting every identity political group and nonsense investigation they can think of.
