"London buses will carry adverts praising Allah as part of a drive by Britain’s biggest Muslim charity to help victims of the Syrian civil war during Ramadan. Charity leaders hope it will encourage generous donations during the religious festival, which is expected to begin on June 6."

They'll be advertising Sharia courts next. Jeez we're so (*)(*)(*)(*)ing stupid.

I’m no great fan of religious focused charities in general but I’m really not clear what the specific problem with this advertising is. What’s you’re specific objection here? What do you imagine we’re sleepwalking in to by having a few adverts for an Islamic charity.

Quite different than Pam Geller and Jihad Watch's hate Islam posters in NYC busses.

You're so imbued with liberal dogma that you probably won't get the connection when I say 'Softlee, softlee, catchee monkey.' I'll give you a clue though - think 'thin end of the wedge'? The only 'focused charity' here is to bolster the coffers of jihadist groups, and knowing how stupid the Brits are in their knee-jerk generosity for 'appeals', it'll do very well thank you. Obviously our brains work on different plains, otherwise you'd have figured it out for yourself. Don't you think it bizarrely ironic that the proceeds will be used to kill Westerners and other Muslims alike? We're under attack, HonestJoe, and one day you'll wake up and realise it!

Why play with words? Why aren’t you willing to simply state your position? Could it be that you know you don’t actually have anything concrete to object to regarding this advert, you just hate anything Muslim.

Do you have any evidence of that against this specific charity? Because if they’re actually funding terrorists I’d expect much more than a passive objection to one advertising campaign. Or is your “evidence” just “Muslim=bad”.

And you just want to kill Muslims, I get it.

How could I have any information you idiot? That doesn't mean to say I can't have a suspicion though, and they are much more clever than we are (or you are! ). As I think I've said to you before, or if to someone else you'll have read it - I have no problem with Muslims, only Islamists who, in case you haven't noticed, have declared war on us all! Jesus you're so bloody naive. Or wilfully stupid!

    No - how could I have!!!!!! :wall::wall:

Well some of us trusting and some of us are not so trusting.

I only want to kill those who want kill us you fool, whether they be Muslims or christians or whatever. I've known you long enough to be convinced that you're a pedantic troll, and I won't be wasting any more of my time in replying to your posts. And it isn't good for my BP either!! :eyepopping:

You didn’t voice a suspicion, you voiced a direct and unconditional accusation in relation to this specific charity (which is, after all, the only thing were discussing here).

This is a Muslim charity, not an Islamist one though. If you presume the Muslim charity is Islamist with no evidence at all, you effectively have a problem with Muslims.

Yes, I get it. You don’t trust any Muslims. You’re just not willing to openly admit it because you know you can’t rationally justify it. I only hope I’ve planted a seed of doubt within your bigotry as your emotional response hopefully suggests I have.

I have a suspicion someones lost the plot, can't prove it but I think paranoia has set in!

If we take adverts off the buses it will just drive them to the underground!

I’m pretty sure they’d object to the adverts being on tube trains too.

This is exactly what I mean, you see - it isn't the advert per se I object to, but the fact that Islam is slowly but surely insinuating itself into our society, and naive twerps like you and RR can't yet see it. You will one day though, and you'll probably remember this exchange and acknowledge how percipient I am.

Islam has long been a part of our society and like pretty much everything else that is part of our society, it has dangerous elements at its extremes or as a potential. Blindly attacking and seeking to prohibit or restrict any neutral or even positive aspects won’t remove Islam from society but it will discourage and force out those positive elements leaving only the negative. Maybe that’s what you want – kind and charitable Muslims make it so much more difficult to hate them all and they’re so much easier to attack.

They're known as 'useful idiots', and the scary thing is that they out-number us by thousands to one.

You know in the U.S. Freedom of Speech is guaranteed but at the same time....we have one HELL of a well trained and well armed Police Force.

Unlike in the U.K....if you want trouble...you get trouble here in the U.S.

You'll get no argument from me on that. Here in this loonybin known as the UK, if the police inflicted so much as a bullet scorch-burn on a terrorist during an act of atrocity there would be outrage from the liberal fools, then the officer would be investigated to find out if he really had to pull the trigger; and when inevitably some influential liberal talking head opines that he didn'tneed to, the officer would be hauled before the courts and end up in prison. I say again - how they must be laughing their jihadist heads off at our stupidity. 'Those whom the gods wish to destroy etc'

I forget to say that all the above would take place after the terrorist had been blue-lighted to hospital to see if he's alright, and subsequently get free legal advice as to whether he can make a claim against the police for hurt feelings. And this is more truth than parody, I assure you.
