Women is a cultural term and is only correlated with biology. Not all women, even those who are biologically female, can get pregnant either. Females of a particular level of sexual maturity with functioning uteruses and appropriate or managed hormonal status can get pregnant. Of course, with technology, this could change.

Male or female are the biological terms, man and woman are the cultural terms and in some cultures, there are other genders, though the biology isn't that simple either due to things like androgen insensitivity syndrome, something like it that I forgot about where an XY person had a normal-looking uterus (unsure if they could carry a child, maybe with hormonal help as I think the ovaries were dysfunctional like Turner syndrome).
