I agree agree to an extent it isn't because you have a gun or that you're white that they hate you it's because you are the majority and you agree with traditional views. Traditional views hold communism Marxism and socialism to be contemptible. The reason why those things are contemptible is because they go against what is a foundation point in our culture. America was founded on freedom. An individual was in control of themselves. This was scary two people who lived in monarchies and so forth because they never had this ability but we made it work we didn't just make it work we made the place where everyone wants to be. Why socialism communism leninism Marxism it's really all under the same umbrella despises this is because they want to own what do you make and not let you on it.

The reason why this appeals to college kids and your average run-of-the-mill neer do well is because they are the Bourgeois class and they've never had to work to earn anyting it was given to them to the point where they think they deserve it. Work is hard it is frustrating and you have to learn how to find satisfaction in it. Where some people I've spent their life doing without things the middle and Wealthy classes have created wealth so they can give their children what they couldn't have when they were children which is a good thing but it creates this point of discontent that most people simply grow out of I went through it and grew out of it I have very good parents that worked very hard to give me the things that I need I had to learn how to work and be satisfied. Frankly I'm still in that process but don't be worried.

Is bad as this may sound I think it's really a good thing these youngsters when they graduate from college will find that the things they studied are of no tangible value and the things they believed we're out of naivete.

Basically we have extended the shelter from The Real World into adulthood extending childhood into college Years. The real world will come crashing down on them because as you know anybody else who works and has learned to find satisfaction nobody on this planet gives a f*** about your happiness. Except if you're lucky your mom.

You know, I don't hold out much hope for the future if gun owners from different sides of the political spectrum can't get along. The truth is that we need each other. Can't you see that? We are all Americans who believe in, and support, the 2nd amendment. Just because we differ on the specifics shouldn't mean that we can't agree on the main goal, that is to keep the 2nd amendment safe. Believe me, I do my part in trying to educate people within my sphere of the importance of being able to defend oneself, and how the 2nd amendment guarantees the right to do so. What are you on the right doing besides calling every liberal a gun grabber? This thread should have shown you that, obviously, we are not all like that. And yet, the conservative narrative, alive and well in this thread, states that ALL liberals hate guns and want them banned immediately. With that attitude, you will get nowhere, and you'll get there rather fast.
