Well that's what makes it privilege. If you're white, you don't need a spine to belong to one part or another. But if you're non white, you face family disapproval, and a pretty open season on you to be racially attacked, and racially attacked in a way that's perfectly acceptable in our society. I have a dream in which the mainstream media genuinely applies the same standards of criticism as far Left as they have for decades flung it to the far Right; so that hypocrisy and double standards are pointed to and called out regardless of politics, ideology, or one's skin tone. In fact I have a sense that we are slowly edging in that direction and it's due in great part to the fact that there are such over the top and outstanding racists and bigots on the Left -- heretofore protected because they were Left of Center -- that even the nominally blind-to-that mainstream media simply can no longer afford to fail to see any of it any longer. This is because now when they turn a blind eye leftward not only does Fox News and Conservative Talk Radio broadcast the truth but so too do countless Internet sources that impinge on the news intake of . . . the average citizen. Thus the average citizen all too often nowadays wonders why the three broadcast networks and MSNBC and Huffington Post and the Washington Post are either managing to remain blind to what everyone else knows and is talking about among themselves or -- even more egregious in nature -- continue enforcing a very long ago established and firm tradition of blatantly applying different judgement standards whenever it's the Left crossing the line. It's called competition pressures and finally Left dominated news sources are being forced to be competitive -- and therefore actually take notice when one of their own publicly crosses the line -- even if only in order to remain viable news sources in the eyes of the average citizen. I'm pretty light skinned, so I probably would burn easily too. Im fanatical about avoiding sun, tan lines look so untidy and I get dark really fast. But then it takes many months for it to fade.

We all know whites are far more criminal but they get spared the social stigma. I'm not talking about the phony hollywood shows but the ones that show actual inmates and the investigations of actual crimes. White incarceration for drug crimes, and any crimes for that matter is typically less than blacks. Lesser sentences, lesser rates of conviction. The black community by and large suffers from economic disparity that leads to the social issues mentioned in this thread. This is a result of the white man putting the black community down from the second we brought them over to this country.

My guess is that East Asians have an inherently higher IQ than Whites, Hispanics and Blacks. This explains why IQ is nearly the same for several East Asian nations (Japan, Hong Kong/China, Taiwan, South Korea) as it is for East Asian communities in the US, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, Britain and Western Europe; making any 'cultural' or 'environmental' common linkage impossible to explain.

that study has been debunked because who made the study didn't take repeat offenders into consideration when sentences are handed down. blacks have a much higher repeat offender rate then whites their for they get tougher sentence as a group because the majority are repeat offenders
it hasnt been debunked, its commonly known. western governments and more specifically police departments have been condemmed and found guilty by courts of law of discriminate sentencing. Its not really hard to understand, the power structures are run by whites therefore they are more likely to be lenient with white offenders MAINLY because of the racist and disgracefull history contemporary or otherwise of white nations with regards to foreign non white cultures/nations. To make things clear, money [in western society] makes anybody innocent, who has all the money? The police force has been found guilty of Institutional Racism in a court of law.
