Why are we a divided Nation?

No president had a greater impact on the US in foreign policy and social policies than Bill Clinton.

1 - The Bill Clinton administration made it possible for 6 corporations to buy up all the medias, that way people will only know what Washington wants them to know.

2 - The Bill Clinton administration passed the law allowing GMO's which gave rise to Monsanto and other agri-companies and all the health and other biological problems that exist in the world today.

3 - The Bill Clinton administration gave government grants to private schools holding classes and clubs that made homosexuality an acceptable life style and this led to the gender confusion we have today.

4 - The Bill Clinton administration entered an illegal civil war in Serbia which set a precedence of interfering in other nations affairs and led to the destruction of the Middle East.

5 - The Bill Clinton administration restarted the Cold War by bombing Belgrade for 78 days under false premises which forced Russia to start it's rearmament program. ​

 

Well yeah. I saw it myself on C-SPAN. Clinton saying to a large crowd of LGBTQ federal workers that "We're going to throw 5000 years of human history on its head."

 

One area is the abuse of power. The trick will be getting people to oppose the abuse of power when they agree with what they are doing.

 

None of this has anything to do with what I said, and therefore I stand by my comment.

 

That explains a lot.. BBC , who censors news (it's legal for them to do so! ) and the Economist.. an odd name for a communist rag. I read my news from a variety of sources.

 

If the leftist House would stop abusing power, that would be great.

By the way, half of the scientists in the US work in private business R&D labs.

 

Trump is. Apparently Sudafed is his drug of choice. His erratic behavior, mood and energy level swings, and oddly dilated pupils are classic signs of a speed addict.

 

Plus they are far more likely to end up in positions of authority.

In an average company, the workers tend to not have a college degree while those in the front office, those making all the decision do.

 

Educated? How do you explain someone like Maxine Waters getting elected and re elected. Educated is not the word to use here.

 

As long as we look at each other as enemies, they will retain their power. If you support laws against abortion, gay marriage, or support declaring a national emergency for wall money, you are no better.

 

At one time I would absorb the New York Times from one end to the other and I didn't mind that it was liberal, since it was informative. The same with the BBC and more recently with the Economist. But I stopped them when they began with the manipulations and mind control, rather than just giving their point of view.

I prefer RT and Sputnik because what they say conforms more with the intellectual internet sites as well as with the non MSM foreign news sites.

 

You do understand that there are deeply held beliefs that prohibit abortion don't you? I'm no longer a fanatic and believe there are legitimate reasons for abortion but to me it is a baby and always will be. That makes it harder to kill than a piece of gristle so when we try to compromise, that's where I start out.

The wall is deemed necessary by people who are charged with guarding the border and walls have worked where they were installed. I don't like it, I'm a cold war child and it reminds me of the Berlin wall but they are actually very different. Berlin was to keep people from escaping, the southern wall is to control the flow of immigration and direct it to the proper channels.

I can talk to you on both issues and can see your side but they both seem to be all or nothing issues.

No better than what?

 

If you support laws that provide special rights based on race gender and sexuality, there will be no peace and government always win.

 

Abortion and gay marriage has to do with one's faith so I won't go into it. As far as the wall being an emergency, well if the MSM told you that Qatar which is the nation that was sending jihadists and terrorists into Syria, is charging only $35 a flight from Africa to Mexico, maybe you would think of it as an emergency also.

Should a terrorist attack occur by someone coming in from Mexico, the same people who are objecting to a wall would blame Donald Trump.

 

Oh yeah .. soooo many jobs in HR.

 

I know that roughly 50% of voters like him. And an ever growing number of black Americans.

 

Sure they do. That sociologist pulling your morning coffee during their 20 hrs a week, is earning way more than your plumber. Sure thing.

 

Are you kidding! Trump's brother died from drinking so he won't even touch alcohol, never the less drugs. Who makes up this stuff anyway?

 

The BBC is nearly as ideologically nutso as The Guardian.

 

If you're not getting your news from the full spectrum, you're not getting the news. You're getting sermons.

 

I understand. If you support abuse of power to force your personal beliefs on abortion or wall funding, don't complain when they use it to take your guns or force you to buy into their idea of health care.

 

Don't forget special rights based on religion. I oppose the government having more power than I would give my worst enemy.

 

I support the wall and border security. I grew up in Los Angeles and know what it is like to live in fear of gangs from south of the border. I fear government power even more.
