Why do non-whites feel the need to move into white areas?

Is it because whites are job creators, and non-whites need jobs? Is it that non-whites actually like the way whites run their societies and want to become a part of it? Is it because they want to wage demographic war and push whites out of more and more areas?

Here in California, liberals and non-whites have effectively destroyed the state. We're bankrupt, and they still want to raise people's taxes. It's game over. Job creators are leaving a state that already has over 11% unemployment. Wherever they end up will be a place that will soon have a higher population of non-white job seekers. It'll be interesting to see how much the minority population increases in North Dakota — with it's 3% unemployment rate and over 90% white population. They move in, take jobs, vote liberal, and the sick process begins again. Eventually there will be no places left.

 

And we're no longer allowed swirled ice cream.

Sarcasm aside, a reason is school districts. They move because of school districts.

 

Could it be that non-whites might like to live in a nice house in a relatively safe neighborhood so they and their children can enjoy their lives?

It appears that this is something that will continue in this country as long as people of all races have rights; sounds like its unacceptable to you; perhaps you should consider moving outside the United States to a country where you can find an overwhelming majority of white people who have the same views as you do??

 

Yet the irony is that the safe neighborhoods are where the whites live. And as soon as non-whites move in these neighborhoods are not safe anyome.

Same thing with good school districts.

(with the exception of asians of course; Japanese, Korean, and Chinese people do not tend to commit much violent crime)

 

So you're saying that there are no non-white places that they can move to where there are nice homes in relatively safe neighborhoods where their children can enjoy their lives?

You're probably right, though. They move into these white areas to reap the benefits of their society, and then they quickly destroy it from the inside.

"All races" aren't moving into black areas or Hispanic areas. Whites want to be around other whites, and non-whites want to be around whites until they successfully drive them all out by increasing crime, destroying local schools, and lowering property values. Then, when the whites understandably leave, they get followed by the same people. The cycle then repeats itself.

 

I think sundown towns no longer exist so non-whites are free to live where they want if they have the money to do so.

 

Whites expanded greatly from Europe into every continent in the world. After weathering the onslaught, the native races are now slowly establishing their attack through attrition and media-induced political correctness of the young population. The moral lesson for future worlds - as inhumane as it sounds, eliminate the native species before moving in.

 

That's nice, but that doesn't answer my question on why they are moving into white areas.

 

Whites and Asians are less violent and threatening. That's why other minorities move into White neighborhoods. It is what it is.

Edit: My neighborhood was once completely white except for my family. Years later Latinos moved into the environs in an effort to escape Latino gangs. They didn't want their kids to get killed or become gangbangers. Guess who followed the Latinos into the neighborhood? That's right...the gangs.

What are you doubting, exactly? That whites are moving away, or that non-whites follow them? Are you doubting that Hispanics and blacks commit more crime in their neighborhoods? Some of these facts are common sense at this point, but be specific.

 

Are their any recorded statistics from any reliable agency regarding the percentage of "white" neighborhoods which are falling into decline based on African-Americans moving in?

The reason i'm asking this is because I've lived in a racially mixed neighborhood for over 16 years now and there has been no crime increase and the value of homes, until the recession hit, actually went up over time.

Blacks are only 12% of the US population and their group commits more murders per year than whites do, even though whites are 60-70% of the population in the US.

Blacks are simply committing more crime than whites. It's not hard to understand why whites prefer to live away from blacks.

I take it then that you are opposed to people who enjoy economic success wanting to live in nicer houses, in better neighborhoods, with better schools strictly because of their race.

I posted a link that showed that blacks are much more likely to commit murder, rape, robbery, and other serious felonies than whites. White flight has been happening for a long time now. It just takes a little reading between the lines and connecting the dots, but obviously you need to have it spelled out for you.

Real estate values are based on perception. If the neighborhood is perceived to be a black neighborhood, people are unlikely to move there, therefore the property values go down.

 

I'm just curious why there are no black areas that "those who enjoy economic success" can move into, instead of just pushing out the white people wherever they end up. Those who can get out of their black and Hispanic neighborhoods choose to move into white areas, which eventually causes whites to go elsewhere, because of increasing crime and other problems commonly associated with racial diversity.

And I'm a libertarian. I'm sure someone who would post a thread like this is too simple to understand there are more than 2 schools of thought in this country, but I figured I'd put it out there for everyone else.
