It's too crude and pedestrian for anyone to fall for. Readers are getting much better at picking up on threads like this, so it does more harm to the OP than it does to push the propaganda objective.
He didn't lie about anything. And she didn't fund crap the tax payers did. She is no more responsible for it than any of the other members who voted in favor of the same bill.
