    Nope it showed he was within his consititional authority no criminal referral made why do you have such difficulty understanding that FACT. Ken Starr submitted criminal referrals with the prima facie evidence to support for an impeachment and removal so he could present the indictments for prosecution.
    The Democrats said not only did obstruction of justice not warrant impeachment but PERJURY did not warrant removal so on what are they going to impeach Trump any way?

    That's a false question with no basis. The real question is will the Democrats accept 2020 election defeat, because they have shown an egregious propensity to not accept defeat...... by any means possible.

    Whether or not he accepts it doesn't matter. Do you think anyone in the government is going to risk their careers, and going to prison to work for Trump if he refuses to leave office and attempts a coup?

    The secret service won't risk their careers protecting him.
    The DOD won't listen to Trump if he is no longer the President.

    and in the end, SCOTUS will simply order the US Marshals, or the Capital Police to remove him by force, lethal force if that's what it takes
