The high paying manufacturing jobs that Barack Obama said were gone forever are making an incredible comeback under Trump, with many of the jobs going to long-suffering blacks. Illegal aliens are no longer the priority for the White House, Americans are and it shows. It’s no wonder that his approval rating is up to an unheard of 36% among black voters.

African American business owners are on the rise. According to the Minority 2018 Small Business Trends survey, the number of black-owned small businesses in the U.S. increased by a staggering 400% in a year-over-year time period from 2017 to 2018.

The new survey, which was conducted by Guidant Financial and LendingClub, interviewed more than 2,600 business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. It found that 45% of all small business in the country were owned by minority ethnic groups in 2018. This is a dramatic uptick from 2015 when the total percentage of minority business owners was 15%. The largest minority group of respondents were African American at 19%, followed by Hispanic at 14%, Asian at 8%, and Native American at 4%.

Of the African American small business owners surveyed, 63% identified as men and 38% as women. Most fell between the ages of 40 to 49 with 28%, while 25% were between 50 and 59 years old, and 22% are 30 to 39. The research also showed that the highest volume of African American entrepreneurs lives in Texas, followed by Georgia, California, Florida, and North Carolina.

I’ve often said that the economy can never reach it’s full potential until the black community has a chance to succeed and help us grow. Now, we just need to do away with union rules that shortchange inner-city youths by dumping the youngest and most inexperienced teachers into their schools.

MAGA is made in such ways. Trump has cut taxes (a major burden on small business), is cutting illegal immigration (where the black market drives down wages for blacks), and unemployment of blacks is now the lowest recorded.

Its no wonder we are seeing more minority entrepreneurs.



Also, black child poverty levels are down, they were at a record high under Obama/Democrats.

Trump has little to nothing to do with this, and is just part of the trend of increasing unemployment that has been going on for years.

Also I'm glad you've all suddenly taken an interest in black-owned businesses.

 

Its at record levels under Trump. Tax cuts are good for business. Less of a black market is good for those who play by the rules.

And whats good for blacks is good for ALL Americans.

No wonder Trumps support by blacks has doubled.

The 400% figure is "year-over-year," which obviously is not limited to just one year.

Also, since when are any of you of the opinion that whats good for blacks is good for all Americans, when previously you've been ready to rip us a new one and lecture us?

2. The types of business that blacks are opening and operating.

 

Whether you like Trump or not, whether it's due to his policies or not, surely this is wonderful news which everyone should celebrate.

400% is damn impressive.

 

You just cant stand it can you.

It's also kind of funny that 46% of these "small businesses" employ just one person. I have to think that it's an increase in the number of people forming LLCs for their own little business ventures, probably to get a break on taxes.

 

I'm ecstatic, I'm just questioning everyone else's sudden interest in this topic when before any other time "black owned business" was mentioned you were all on the "why can't whites have one" train.

As you can see from the survey, nearly half of American small businesses are owned by minorities.

Most Americans are employed by small businesses.

Its good news.

 

Yet the source material doesn't specify that. Perhaps Black Enterprise made a mistake, perhaps not. But then, 46% of these are "small businesses" which employ only the owner. Hmm.

I think most Americans want to see their fellow Americans doing well-more jobs, less unemployment, less illegal immigration, less spent on taxes are ALL good no matter what color.

If you thought otherwise you've been in the bubble.

 

What uniform us that Black gang wearing? Seriously everyone will agree that if it is true that Black businesses have increased by an astounding 400% we would all stand up and applaud and sing "Trump is a jolly good fellow". Yet let me remind you of the old saying about scans " if it is too good to be true it. Rey likely is not". Let us look at this logically. The tax cut bill that Trump signed was not sensitive to race, was it? Aldo look at this. Blacks were supposedly under represented in business ownership therefore a general increase in businesses opening (which we have been seeing for a few yesras no) would amplify the rate of increase of Black owned businesses.

The same can be said with unemployment among Blacks. Since Blacks are only about 16 % of the population the general increase in employ ent will cause a bigger reletive shift among Blacks than a larger ethnic group.

So before I recoment Trump for the Nobel prize in Black business growth I want to see some real statistics.

 

Oh yeah, for those of you who think an increase in black-owned businesses is new, think again:
