What in does this tell us about the competence of the FBI? Perhaps the FBI, ATF and DEA should be disbanded.

Only for those who don't go running to the defense of Democrats at the drop of a hat.

John Brennan: Biden Admin Has "Laser-Like" Focus On "Insurgency Movements" Of Bigots, Racists, Libertarians

Good thing you're not a libertarian...

Heh. My grandfather fought the Nazis and he'd scoff at your intellectually dishonest bullsh*t. What've even more pathetic is that you've tried to play that lame-assed card before.

With Biden in charge, is seems only a matter of time before we have another Waco or Ruby Ridge.

This should have happened after Waco and Ruby Ridge.

I criticized liberals for doing the same to Trump, but historical facts obviously don't factor into your opinions, so this is to be expected. Anyone comparing this search warrant to Nazism either hasn't the slightest interest in history or is deliberately ******** on the graves of our veterans. There are no other options.

You should so some respect for your grandfather and mine and try actually researching history rather than ******** on their graves.

Hint: lawful search warrants are not "Nazism." I'm sorry you are disappointed that Trump's attempts to overturn our democracy failed and that his followers failed to do the same on January 6th, but they were suspected to be in possession of stolen property.

Catch up with the facts, both current and historical. The facts don't care about your feelings. Facts are more important than the Trumpist agenda.

Like I said. You appear ignorant of Nazi history leading up to Hitler assuming total control of Germany. Hitler (early on) issued search warrants targeting political enemies.

According to that "logic," you could say the exact same thing about all previous Presidents. Did any have a DOJ that didn't issue warrants?

Also, you need to research Hitler a little more. He had made his intentions clear in his writings well before his political career.

The issue is not issuing warrants. The issue is issuing warrants to target political enemies? I think both Nixon and Obama used the IRS to target political enemies but I am unaware of the FBI being used to target political enemies prior to Biden.

Serious question: should all people who oppose a President have blanket immunity for all crimes and be immune from all search warrants? Seriously? If the answer is "yes," that's insane. If the answer is "no," then your post above is complete nonsense and you are admitting so. Which is it?

Follow up question: Did you call Trump a Nazi when he threatened to go after political opponents with his DOJ? (Kidding, we both know the answer).

Actually, Obama used the FBI to target his political enemies in 2016.

So that's how you excuse it? Where are lower-income people having their homes falsely raid because of ridiculously bad face recognition because they attend a political rally?

They did comply, this is about the fallacious probable cause using bad face recognition. I'll remember you said this.

She was showing how she looked that day at the rally supposedly what they used to match her to the photo of the person in the capital and used as the probable cause for the raid.

Reasonable is in the eye of the believer. Probable cause is where the bar should be set. When it comes down to it, all of us look like someone.

If the courts are the ones that determine probable cause, then that was already satisfied. If you want to suggest that there should be another standard, what should it be?

Firstly, your blanket immunity question is a strawman. As a general rule, I don't support dynamic entries with drawn guns for a stolen laptop. Particularly, when the warrant is based on incompetence by law enforcement. I do support knocking on doors and serving warrants.

Secondly, I don't believe Trump ever used the FBI to target political opponents. So again we have a strawman argument.

BTW, I gather you support people who have not committed a crime being terrorized by the FBI. No surprise there.
